We are located within walking distance of public transportation, shopping, restaurants, services, theatres, and Chinatown. The monthly rent amount for a 1-bedroom unit is $850, and $1,025 for a 2-bedroom unit.

WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE WAITING LIST ONLY. THE LENGTH OF WAITING TIME FOR AN AVAILABLE UNIT AT THE SWAN’S APARTMENTS RANGES FROM 12-24 MONTHS.
