Summary
The nine buildings of the Oakland Point Limited Partnership were built at the turn of the Twentieth Century, between 1880 and 1910. The Victorian structures are all of wood frame construction and hold significant historical and architectural value for the community. The buildings range from a single-family unit to a six-plex, and the units range from studios to 4-bedrooms. All units are restricted to households with income less than 50% of the area median; most units require even lower income in order to be eligible.
The management/maintenance offices are adjacent to a community room, which features neighborhood and community informational resources, as well as computers available for resident use during open lab hours.
