• The three residential floors each have a laundry room and shared lobby space; two of the floors are designated entirely non-smoking.
• Residents enjoy bay window views of landscaped courtyard, Oakland’s downtown skyline, or the Bay.
• Residents can choose to participate in indoor activities and access social services in the large common room, crafts room and social service offices on the first floor.
• Outdoor activity space is abundant, with benches, walking paths, and landscaped vegetation.
• Internet access is free to all, and available in each unit.
• Each unit's kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher.
• Laundry room on every floor.
• Raised garden boxes and composting bin available for residents' use.

• The building received the highest Green-Point Rating given by Build It Green.
• Common areas and hot water heating are powered by solar energy.
• Low-VOC interior paints and interior flooring was used.
• Water-saving toilets were installed.
• Water-saving irrigation methods and reclaimed/recycled water are used for landscaping.
• Lower floors are designated non-smoking.

A service coordinator is available on-site to refer residents to neighboring services. Space is reserved for use by a part-time registered nurse for health and wellness services.

For those with cars, a garage within the building provides 14 parking spaces. Additionally, there are 5 guest parking spaces located outside the building for visitors.
