The EBALDC Property Management Department is responsible for the leasing, management, and maintenance of all but two EBALDC owned properties. EBALDC's Property Management Department is responsible for certifying the income levels of residents and reporting the information to project funders and lenders. Many EBALDC employees are also residents or former residents of EBALDC-managed properties. Property Management works to build community life and job work opportunities for all of our residents.
In addition to the operating, leasing and management of EBALDC's housing units, Property Management also oversees management of over 230,000 square feet of commercial and non-profit space.
