Properties
The EBALDC Property Management Department is responsible for the leasing, management, and maintenance of most EBALDC-owned properties; currently, the Department currently manages over 900 units of affordable housing and over 250,000 square feet of commercial and nonprofit space. In addition to the physical upkeep of the properties and day-to-day management of the sites, the Department’s responsibilities include monitoring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as requirements of funders’ regulatory agreements. Property Management staff strive to improve more than just the physical aspects of our buildings; the Department also works to enhance community life and to expand opportunities for all of our residents, collaborating with local organizations and EBALDC’s Neighborhood & Economic Development Department.
