Wells Fargo Housing Foundation presents EBALDC with a $100,000 Challenge Grant for Sausal Creek Homes
The Wells Fargo Housing Foundation (WFHF) presented EBALDC with a $100,000 Challenge Grant for Sausal Creek homes during our 31st Annual Dinner at the Oakland Museum
The Wells Fargo Housing Foundation (WFHF) Focus Communities will contribute up to $100,000 to Sausal Creek Homes by matching every dollar raised by EBALDC between May 1, 2006 and November 1, 2006 (excluding government funding).
Sausal Creek Homes, located in Oakland’s San Antonio Neighborhood, will consist of 17 two and three-bedroom units, with decks or yards, overlooking a common area. The design is tailored to foster community building and safety.
