At the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation tax site, IRS-sponsored tax preparers are available to help you get the refund you deserve. Don’t pay fee or interests on refund loans. The VITA site at the Asian Resource Center in Oakland Chinatown will be open very Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4-7 pm from January 29, 2008 to April 15, 2008.
