The East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation will have FINANCIAL EDUCATION classes for Oakland youths — 9 to 13 year olds and 14 through 18 year olds. Sessions will be held at Hismen Hin-Nu Terrace or Oak Park Apartments (for 1 hour every Wednesdays from 4:00PM to 5:00PM.) Classes will be once a week for 5 weeks.
