It’s tax time again! EBALDC’s Volunteer Income Tax Program will be helping families and individuals prepare their taxes for FREE. There are some big changes this year that can get you more money on your return. EBALDC has two tax sites – one in Oakland’s Chinatown and one in East Oakland at the SparkPoint Center.

Both sites will operate from January 15, 2010 through April 15, 2010.
